Joanna Lazniewska

Joanna did her PhD in Poland in the field of biophysics and then was a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Czech Academy of Sciences. In 2017, she travelled to Australia to take a position of Research Associate at UniSA, where she specialised in cancer cell biology. In 2023 she decided to move from blue-sky research to applied science and joined Cancer Research SA.

She manages phase I-III oncology clinical trials and participates in improving company processes and workflows. She is never busy enough, hence she also contributes to writing research grants and runs a research project on phase I/II clinical trials.
